Support our work
Make a Donation to NYAS
NYAS is committed to: Supporting children, vulnerable adults, parents and carers and making their voices heard.
We do this by working in-confidence with our service users, providing independent advice, information and legal representation and supporting service users to speak out for themselves on issues that affect their lives. We know this work matters to our service users - and we hope it will matter to you!

SANTA DASH 2011 |
SANTA DASH 2011
A group of us are running the 5km Liverpool Santa Dash to raise funds for NYAS.
Confirmed runners so far include: Sue Fletcher, Joe Fyles, Edwina Harkin, Ellie Harrison, Elaine Jones, Jill Lyons, Mary Mullin, Jackie Snell and Zoe Thirsk
We are trying to raise as much money as possible for NYAS. If you’d like to donate, please go to our JustGiving page and click ‘Donate Now’.In return we will be running round Liverpool on a cold Sunday morning wearing a rather unflattering Santa costume. Beard included.
The event is on 4th December starting at 9.30am near the Liver Buildings and finishing by the Town Hall on Dale Street. It would be great if you could come and support us! |

Your donation will help to
- Highlight the needs of the 64,400 children and young people in the care system, by raising their profile
- Support NYAS to provide our 0800 616101 Freephone Helpline service to children, young people, parents and carers
- Pay for a day out for a young person accompanied by one of our volunteer Independent Visitors
- Support NYAS website service that provides children, young people, concerned parents and care professionals with easily accessible advice and information and is their first point of contact with our service
- The essential work of our Family Contact Centre that acts as a bridge bringing together children and parents separated by divorce or dispute by helping children to spend time with parents in a safe and supervised environment
NYAS is a charity and we need your support to do the work we do!
To make a donation please hit the ‘Make a Donation’ button today to support children and vulnerable adults.

Tax relief for charities
Gift Aid is an easy way to help a charity maximise the value of its donations, as we can reclaim tax from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) on the 'gross' equivalent - its value before tax was deducted at the basic rate. This is 20 per cent from 6 April 2008. This means that for every £1 donated, NYAS can claim an extra 25 pence. http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/charities/gift_aid/basics.htm
