Family Contact Facilitator (Sessional)

Region: Merseyside  (Primarily at the NYAS office’s Family Butterfly Contact Room although there is a requirement to occasionally conduct the contact sessions within the community or alternate venues, as agreed by all parties.)
Salary: Paid sessionally £20.00 per hour flat rate

NYAS offers both privately funded family contact services and commissioned services via Cafcass and local authorities, and we require facilitators on a sessional basis to:-

  • facilitate out confidential, supported contact work within a safe environment in accordance with NYAS' aims and objectives; ;
  • to provide guidance and support to families with children and young people in dealing with what can sometimes be difficult and problematic circumstances and issues

Separated Parents Information Programme Facilitator (Sessional) - Birkenhead

NYAS has been successfully delivering the Parenting Information Programme in England since its implementation in 2008.  The model of delivery is changing, and NYAS are seeking to recruit a bank of sessional workers to deliver the programme from our offices in Birkenhead.  The programmes consist of two x 2 hour sessions, delivered on consecutive weeks.

Sessional Caseworker

Region: London and South East England (Primarily from home, although there is a requirement to visit the NYAS office or alternative venues, including Court attendances)
Salary: Paid sessionally at the agreed rate for Caseworkers (Travel rate : 40p per mile; Professional Time : £32 per hour; Travel Time £24 per hour; Court attendance : £150 Per half day)
