This course is recommended for frontline staff such as those in education, youth work, pastoral support, and healthcare who use advocacy skills during their everyday roles.
Applying advocacy engagement skills enables education, pastoral, health and youthwork professionals to understand how to promote views, wishes and feelings more effectively, empowering individuals towards self-advocacy. This training explores how to develop effective advocacy engagement techniques, gain confidence navigating complex systems and make more informed rights-based decisions.
