We are pleased to announce that, for the second year running, AlphaBiolabs is supporting NYAS with donations via its Giving Back campaign.
The campaign has already raised £30,000 since it launched in 2021. Alongside NYAS, its benefactors include Nacoa (National Association for Children of Alcoholics), Scottish Families Affected by Alcohol & Drugs (SFAD) and Welsh children’s charity TGP Cymru.
As ever, we are thrilled that AlphaBiolabs has chosen us as one of the charities to benefit from these donations and would like to thank them for their continued support.
The latest donation of £2,545, received in March 2022, is already being put to good use, allowing us to provide days out for around 60 children and young people in our care.
These day trips – led by our brilliant volunteers – not only help build young people’s confidence and self-esteem, they also help them find new interests and ultimately help shape the adults they become.
AlphaBiolabs provides a wide range of legal DNA, drug and alcohol testing services for local authorities, the family law sector and organisations involved in child welfare.
Through its Giving Back campaign, the company has committed to donating £5 for every legal instruction it receives via local authorities or the legal sector.
