How do I book on to a course? You may cancel your registration at any time by following the instructions in the confirmation email. Alternatively, please contact our administrators at training@nyas.net How do I pay for a course? We accept payments via PayPal, or via debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). Alternatively, you can also pay via BACS. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an automated email confirming that you are fully registered. If you do not receive any confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our administrators at training@nyas.net Paying via BACS Alternatively, if you wish to pay via BACS, please contact our team at training@nyas.net to request an invoice. Our administrators will provide you with additional instructions via email. Note: If you choose to pay via BACS, you will still need to follow steps 1 to 4 above, in order to complete your registration. What bespoke training options can you offer? For any existing course that we offer, we can adapt the content to take into account your organisation’s policies, practices and systems, tailoring activities and case studies to reflect your specific needs. In some cases, we may also be able to write unique courses for external organisations.
