How do I book on to a course?

  1. On the course description page, click Book Now to go to the registration screen.
  2. Choose your preferred date and time from the drop-down menu.
  3. Complete all of the required fields – then click Continue.
  4. Wait for your registration to be approved by one of our administrators. This may take up to 48 hours, depending on the course for which you are registering.
  5. Once you are approved, you will receive a Payment Due email. Click Pay Now to go to the payment screen.
  6. Follow instructions to make a payment. (see How do I pay for a course?)
  7. You are now registered. Please check that you have received an email to confirm this; it may take up to an hour to arrive. Please also check your spam folders. If you do not receive any confirmation, please contact our administrators at training@nyas.net

You may cancel your registration at any time by following the instructions in the confirmation email. Alternatively, please contact our administrators at training@nyas.net

How do I pay for a course?

We accept payments via PayPal, or via debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). Alternatively, you can also pay via BACS.

  1. Open the Payment Due email.
  2. Click the Pay Now button in the email to go to the payment screen.
  3. If you have been given a discount code, enter the code and click apply.
  4. If you have nothing to pay, click Finish Registration.
  5. If you still have a payment amount outstanding, click Proceed to PayPal. You will be redirected to a secured checkout screen, and given the option to enter your card details or to pay via your PayPal account. Follow the instructions on the screen for your chosen method of payment.
  6. Click Finish Registration.

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an automated email confirming that you are fully registered. If you do not receive any confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our administrators at training@nyas.net

Paying via BACS

Alternatively, if you wish to pay via BACS, please contact our team at training@nyas.net to request an invoice. Our administrators will provide you with additional instructions via email.

Note: If you choose to pay via BACS, you will still need to follow steps 1 to 4 above, in order to complete your registration.

What bespoke training options can you offer?

For any existing course that we offer, we can adapt the content to take into account your organisation’s policies, practices and systems, tailoring activities and case studies to reflect your specific needs.
