Risk Assessment Checklist
The following activities have all been designated as hazardous: City visits, Horse riding, Cycling on roads, Rock/wall climbing, Clip’n’Climb, Mountain biking, Go-karting, Trampolining, Rambling, Go Ape, tree climbing, Paintball for over 16’s, Laser Quest, Theme parks, Snow sports, Chill Factor, Snow Dome, Ice skating, rollerblading, Public swimming pools, water parks, Segway Hazardous activities, Dog Walking A few simple checks are required by you and your IV Coordinator beforehand. Advance planning and an accurate risk assessment are essential to ensure the activity does not put you and your young person at unacceptable levels of risk. Please talk to your IV Coordinator at least four weeks before undertaking any of these activities.
