NYAS is proud to partner with, and by supported by a range of governments, trusts, organisations, alliances and steering groups. Working together allows us to create a stronger, louder voice in support of care experienced children and young people. Through these collaborations, we are able to create more change and increase awareness of the challenges care experienced childrena andyoung people face whilst expanding the impact we can have on their lives.
Alliance for Children in Care and Care Leavers
NYAS are members of the Alliance for Children in Care and Care Leavers. We have been part of this alliance since 2010, working to ensure that every single child has the best possible chance to recover from trauma and realise their full potential.
Alliance for Youth Justice
NYAS has been a member of the Alliance for Youth Justice since 2019. As part of this alliance, we work with over 75 other organisations to advocate for, and with, children to drive positive change in youth justice across both England and Wales.

Children’s Rights Alliance England
NYAS are members of Children's Rights England, and have been since 2019. We're working with around 100 organisations to promote children’s rights and monitor government implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

National Independent Visitor Network (NIVN)
NYAS has been a member of NIVN since 2014. We are also the ‘influencing lead’ on their national steering group, working to improve children’s access to Independent Visitors and sharing best practice within the sector.

Madlug
Madlug has supported our My Things Matter campaign since 2022, donating bulk orders of free pack-away Madlug bags to local authorities who sign the campaign pledge. They work to remind children in care that they're incredible.

AlphaBioLabs
In 2021, AlphaBiolabs launched the Giving Back campaign. For every legal instruction received, they donate £5 to four charities that work closely with some of the UK’s most vulnerable children and families, including NYAS.

Cambridridgeshire Community Foundation
The Cambridgeshire Community Foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the people of Cambridgeshire, especially those who are vulnerable, and their donations have supported NYAS services in this area.

Leonard Laity Stoate Charitable Trust
The Leonard Laity Stoate Charitable Trust is a modest charitable fund making grants mainly to other charities and some other voluntary organisations. Their donations since 2016 have been used to support IV activities across Devon.
Interchange
NYAS has worked with Interchange, a charity managed by the University of Liverpool since 2018. They connect us with students who deliver research projects focusing on key issues affecting children in care and care leavers.
